Character Interview-Haven 6 and Giveaway
Haven 6 Blurb:
A product of an illegal pairing, Eridani is the only woman without a lifemate aboard the colonization ship, the Heritage, and she is determined her less than perfect DNA will not get in the way of finding love. As the ship nears it's final destination of Haven 6 after five hundred years of travel, images of the surface show evidence of intelligent life on a planet that's supposed to be uninhabited. Commander Grier assigns Eri to the exploratory team to spy on the alien society and return with information on how to defeat them.
When Eri's team lands, tribes of humans attack and Eri is saved by Striver, the descendant of a colonist and a pirate from Old Earth's colonization efforts in other parts of the galaxy. Striver helps Eri rescue her team and they are drawn to each other despite their different allegiances. While Striver battles with trusting Eri, Eri must decide whether to warn him and his people about the commander's intentions, or follow orders and complete her mission.

Waiting on Wednesday-(4)
Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly event hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.
Requiem by Lauren Oliver Now an active member of the resistance, Lena has been transformed. The nascent rebellion that was under way in Pandemonium has ignited into an all-out revolution in Requiem, and Lena is at the center of the fight. Of Pandemonium, ALA Booklist noted that “like all successful second volumes, this expands the world and ups the stakes, setting us up for the big finale.”
After rescuing Julian from a death sentence, Lena and her friends fled to the Wilds. But the Wilds are no longer a safe haven—pockets of rebellion have opened throughout the country, and the government cannot deny the existence of Invalids. Regulators now infiltrate the borderlands to stamp out the rebels, and as Lena navigates the increasingly dangerous terrain, her best friend, Hana, lives a safe, loveless life in Portland as the fiancĂ©e of the young mayor. Requiem is told from both Lena’s and Hana’s points of view. The two girls live side by side in a world that divides them until, at last, their stories converge.
I love this series and the end of Pandemonium left me shocked and in tears! What are you waiting for?

Inbetween Review
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This story was so sweet and swoony at the same time.. what more can you ask for? This story was quite original. I've heard of reapers, but ones that take you to the Inbetween, a place that your soul waits to see if it can be reincarnated. If not, your a shadow that feeds on the souls of others.
Emma survived a car crash that killed her father. She is barely on the brink of sanity. She is plagued with nightmares and is almost killed a number of times since then. Finn, the reaper that should have taken her soul during the car accident. He risks his life.. er soul to make sure Emma is safe, even if that means being sent to Hell. The evil that trails Emma is there because of Finn.. because of his love for her.
Witch Review
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
What can I say.. I have always been a big fan of Tara's writing and the 4th installment of The Devil's Roses didn't disappoint.. it was EPIC! I laughed, and cried.. but they were definitely tears of joy. (Don't wanna spoil it and tell you, but I was so happy at one part in this book I was jumping up and down while reading.)
I laugh at myself, though when writing a review for this series, because there's always so much that's going on.. there's never a dull moment. So I am going to make this review as short and sweet as possible.
Ophelia's POV: Ophelia is a new character to this series. She is a witch, though didn't really know it until one day she explodes the glass out of her classroom windows. If she thought that was strange, imagine Lucas (sexy werewolf) and Sam (Half siren/half fallen angel) arrive at her doorstep to take her away to safety... to the Roses. Then if things couldn't get any worse, she is told about a prophecy that she will have to kill her father and brother in order to restore the earth's safety.
Sam's POV: He finally has his mate Hannah, they were bound to each other early on in life. But when Hannah was sent to find out more about her heritage, being a half-siren as well. Sam finds her in a precarious position and they have it out. Sam decided to undo the bond he had with Hannah, leaving him emotionless.. empty.
All of the Roses have to work together to fix Sam and try to save the world!
