Q: Books are turned into movies all the time! Turn it around. What movie would make a great book?

That's a hard one for me, because I mostly watch comedies. I think it would be hard to read a "Tommy Boy" or "The Hangover." Sometimes you just need that visual.

And all of my favourite movies from a book or comics. The Notebook, P.S. I Love You, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, and Inception. As all of you know Hunger Games, X-Men, and the Avengers were in print before going to film. So I'm going to settle with The Gladiator (which I hope isn't a book). I would like to know what Maximus was thinking and feeling during some of the more touching scenes, like the ending.

What movie would you like turned into a book? Leave your link in the box and I will return the comment love!

Thanks for stopping by my FF post
earlier. Gladiator could be good, and I have no idea either if it's been a book already.

Enjoy your weekend.

The Gladiator, yes! That would be an awesome read, I agree. And sometimes a story fits better with a movie format, I agree on that as well.

Following your blog (because 'following you' sounds sort of stalkerish, lol).
Thanks for stopping, have a great weekend!

I had to delete that comment, sorry! I had two typos and that drives me nuts!

Anyway - I'd like to read gladiator too, but maybe for a different reason. I'd like to see how they put the fight scenes together. :)

Definitely agree! Gladiator is a great movie but it being a book would make the characters a little more personal.

I'd love to read Gladiator! I picked Inception - although I'm not sure how it'd translate. I'm a new follower and I can't wait to read through all your reviews. We read a lot of the same books. Maybe you can stop by my blog sometime. =)

Good one. I actually didn't like the movie that much because of some of the weird visuals, so I think I would actually like it a lot more as a book. Thanks for stopping by!

I SO agree with your comment about wanting to know what Maximus was thinking (especially at the end)! I think that was a big reason why it was my first choice too...well that and I'd just want more of the story period ♥ Thanks for sharing & for stopping by my FFF earlier. New follower via GFC!

Just about all my favorite movies are already based off of a book of some sort as well, so I understand. There are just so many movies based on books nowadays. :)

You're right. Gladiator would have made an excellent book because it would be nice to know a bit of the backstory and details about what he was thinking! :) Thanks for stopping by my FF. New follower on GFC.
